Common Name : Northern hairy-nosed wombat

Scientific Name : Lasiorhinus krefftii

Habitat :
Burrows amongst trees on the banks of streams in Queensland and NSW.

Diet :
Eats native grasses.

Size :
Length is about 1300mm.

Danger :

Introduction of cattle destroyed the grasses.
